If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our return policy below to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning an item.
1. General Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your art purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. During this period, you can request a return for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The artwork must be in its original condition. It should not have been damaged, altered, or used in any way.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this time frame.
- The artwork must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during the return process.
- Proof of purchase is required to process your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized artworks.
- Artworks that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., scratches, tears, or improper handling).
- Limited edition or final sale items, which are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@twiintopin.com or call (757) 890-3705 within 14 days of receiving your artwork. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the artwork if applicable.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is required for all returns. Do not return any artwork without obtaining this number.
Packaging the Artwork: Pack the artwork carefully in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that it is securely wrapped and protected.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in original, undamaged condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Refunds
- If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the artwork, excluding any original shipping fees.
- Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in error or damaged.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the artwork for a different piece, please follow the return process outlined above and contact us to discuss your exchange. Once the return is processed, we will assist you in selecting a replacement artwork. Please note that the customer is responsible for any price difference, if applicable, and return shipping fees.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving the artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a full refund, exchange, or repair, depending on the situation. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or incorrect item to assist in the resolution process.
8. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the artwork was damaged or incorrect. If a return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping charges.
