Once your payment is successfully processed, we will begin preparing your artwork for shipment. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified or if there is an issue with the availability of the artwork. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping options to suit different delivery needs. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout. We strive to provide the most reliable and cost-effective options for both domestic and international orders.

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We offer several domestic shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method.
  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated based on the destination, the size and weight of the artwork, and the chosen shipping method.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. The total shipping charge will be clearly shown before you finalize your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

  • Domestic (U.S.): Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method chosen.
  • International: International shipping times can range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please be aware that certain factors, such as customs clearance for international shipments, may cause delays outside of our control.

5. Tracking Information

If you do not receive your tracking information or experience issues with tracking, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your package.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges. 7. Shipping Damages

We take great care in packaging and handling all artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@twiintopin.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will assist you in processing a return, replacement, or refund based on the situation. In the event of a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and work to resolve the issue quickly.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Twiintopin Art Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges to resend the item.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Twiintopin Art Gallery is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. In some cases, we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to resolve lost or stolen package issues with the shipping carrier.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain locations or regions due to shipping carrier limitations or regulatory restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout, and your order will be canceled and refunded.
